(Boursier.com) — EiC Corporation, an international do-thank for economic cooperation and development, is launching the first issue of digital tokens (ICO - Initial Coin Offering) dedicated to supporting start-ups and entrepreneurs on the African continent.
The organization, founded in 2008 by Ivorian entrepreneur Julien Achille Agbe, is becoming a DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) with its own digital governance token: the Lior.

This unprecedented operation of issuing digital tokens is part of the continuity of the activities of EiC Corporation, present in +50 countries and active in the fields of the promotion of foreign direct investments and popular shareholding; the democratization of finance; and economic diplomacy. It targets unbanked populations, but also entrepreneurs seeking structured financing.

Via the Liors/G (ERC-20) issue, EiC aims to support bearers in their entrepreneurial project and their financial structuring, with a target of one million beneficiaries in 7 years through the various programs: Financial therapy; Finance Clinic; Business Clinic. In addition, the organization intends to develop new financial education programs, to popularize and promote the financial services enabled by Web3.
